How do I remove tree sap from the rubber seats of a swingset? - wood swingset blue prints

We have bought recently built a swing used wood. Seats have a lot of black rubber tree sap or something in them outdoors as long as its what I use to remove it?
I tried washing with soap and clean water projects and Mr. Clorox cleaning.
HELP please!

You can get a product called Goo Gone home improvement stores, and I think they also sell to Wall Mart. What makes the difference for you.

Try soap do not know if it works, but worth a try. You can access your local DIY

I would try, turpentine, alcohol, followed by, if it does not work. You can remove the raw with a kind of spatula first. Try Goo Gone or lighter.
